Shuangxi Groove Ancient Trail
a natural primitive path mixed with foliage and dirt, flanked by a variety of trees and ferns, along the way, you can hear the sound of gurgling water and see the scenery of a “clear stream flowing over a stone”. The scenery is quiet and calm, a secret spot that makes people forget their need to return.
Baishihu
The 116-meter-long Baishihu Suspension Bridge connects the Baishihu community, the surrounding mountain temples, orchards, and forest trails, etc. Its features are shaped by keel imagery, while adopting a straight-way design for the suspension bridge, without suspension ropes, so as to blend in with the beautiful scenery of the local fields. In addition, the area is also famous for its strawberries, with numerous orchards along the way, which have their fruits harvested from December to May, during which time tourists can enjoy eating and picking.
Yuanjue Falls
Also known as Neihu Falls, it is one of the eight famous scenic spots in Neihu. The beautiful waterfall and the majestic boulders make it a magnificent sight to see, indeed a sanctuary in the summer. The waterfall is surrounded by pavilions, benches and waterfront areas, where you can feel the natural negative ions cleansing your body and soul.
Wuzhishan Ancient Trail
An ancient trail composed of interwoven bamboo forests and flowing water. On the way, you can see not only the remnants and traces of ancestral pioneers, such as the original site of the Wufu Temple, early stone embankments, mossy stone steps and ancient bridges, while also famous scenic spots: Kezilin Shipan Waterfall and the southern peak of Youji Mountain. In the summer, this is a hiking and summer resort which features both natural and humanistic beauty.
Dagou Creek Water Treatment Park
The near-natural design of the Dagou Creek which employs a porous design provides a good habitat for plants and animals to flourish, thus creating rich ecological resources and making it an excellent outdoor ecological classroom. In addition, in order to have the functions of water-friendly leisure and recreation, the creek bed is equipped with facilities such as a platform and a walkway, making it a good place for parents and children to visit together.
